Having your Chrome bookmarks always available

Bookmarking a web site in your browser is a convenient way to find it again.  The problem is that bookmarks are stored locally on the PC that you are using, so when you go to another PC, they may not be available.  Some browsers (e.g., Google Chrome and Firefox) allow you to log in to their server and synchronise your bookmarks across PCs.  This means that, if you are logged into that browser, then your bookmarks will appear on any PC on which you have also logged into the browser.

Because Mount Carmel College has a corporate Google account, you may use you College email address ([email protected]) to log into any of the Google services (e.g., Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Chrome browser).  If you log into Google Chrome using your College email address (and College password), on each PC that you use, then you can see your bookmarks across those PCs.
